Cleanse your skin as usual and apply your moisturiser (serum or cream). Massage gently by rolling the roller in an upward direction.
1. Cheekbones and neck: With the larger part of the roller, massage from the centre of your face outwards, focusing more on the jawline, where the most tension is generated. Also run it along your neck, reaching up to your chin. This will stimulate blood circulation.
2. Forehead: Use the long part of the roller to massage from your nose, in an upward and outward direction.
3. Eyes: With the small roller, roll over the upper and lower eyelid to drain, deflate and soothe the area.
Use for 5-10 min. three times a week to keep the skin de-inflamed, smooth and even.
Use morning/night.
